I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Manali and it was an amazing experience. the hotel's location at the center of the city with hills behind it was absolutely lovely. The view from the private balcony was breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Finally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a bath tub. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine and there is nothing that I believe could be improved.

The rooms were spacious, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable to get a good night's rest and they provided enough towels for the guests. The location was a plus, close to a mall and surrounded by nature that was perfect for hiking enthusiasts.
The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent, and not friendly at all. the hotel needs to improve its service and upkeep to meet guests' expectations.

the breakfast and dinner buffets were regularly replenished, and we were offered a range of local and international dishes. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation.
The rooms were not as clean as we had hoped, and we found several stains on the bed linens and towels. the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy and did not provide adequate cooling during the hot summer weather.
